This Sunday, we warmly invite you to The Light House Chapel at Terra Nova Center for a unique and uplifting experience with the Brigade of Light. We are honored to have special guest Eric James joining us to facilitate a Group Breathwork Session that emphasizes joyful rejuvenation.

This is a "come one, come all" event open to the public. Whether you're a regular attendee or a first-time visitor, you are welcome to join us for a morning of spiritual renewal and community connection.

Eric James will guide us through breathwork practices that help ground and rejuvenate the soul. Grounding can restore balance, reduce stress, and enhance your overall sense of well-being. It's a powerful way to reconnect with yourself and the present moment.

For your comfort during the session, please bring a pillow, mat, or blanket to use while lying down.

After the service, please stay and enjoy desserts and coffee or tea with us in fellowship.
