My Healing Body Mini-Reading& Cooking Experience $160-360* 

Get a personalized reading on what your body's blueprint prefers to eat--for your wellness, ultimate vitality, and the sustainability of Mama Earth! This will highlight 9 foods--those which your body is aligned with and which it would rather not have.  We make a meal with your "optimal" foods and sit with the consciousness of that food as it becomes you!

*Cost varies on the number of people participating in this and includes fresh, local, and organic as possible food. In addition, it's $18 per mini-reading.

Liminal Yoga & Breathwork Session$125

Private or group class tailored to what you need: strength, restoration, balance, celebration and/or release. 75-minute session

Please note: These sessions will occur outside as the weather allows. The meal prep/cooking session may happen inside depending on what type of meal we'll be creating. The communion and consumption of it will happen outside if possible!
